Tale of Maribor & Ptuj with wine tasting

From Ljubljana to Maribo, the second biggest town in Slovenia proud to have the oldest vine in the world and with a character much different from the capital! After visiting the main square, castle and Lent, we will head on to Jeruzalem, picturesque village known for its scenery landscape and one of the most beautiful wine roads in Europe.

Jeruzalem Wine Road that is famous for numerous kinds of excellent wines will finally take us to Ptuj, one of the most beautiful towns in Slovenia. Ptuj is the oldest town in Slovenia with very rich history and many monuments to prove it. Arrive back to Ljubljana in evening times.

EXAMPLE ITINERARY
– 8.30: Start of picking up in Ljubljana
– 10.30 – 12.30: Maribor city tour and free time
– 13.00 – 15.00: Jeruzalem wine roads with a possibility of tasting local wine and food*
– 15.30 – 16.15: Ptuj city tour
– 16.30 – 17.30: Ptuj castle*
– 19.00: Arrival back to Ljubljana
